Sunset

My boys and I spent an hour together this evening in the most beautiful light. The light was magical. My boys couldn't have been sweeter. Dawson even proposed to me with a cute little ring he made me out of grass. When I came home and looked thru the pictures... I was in heaven. I love them.

Easels with Mounted Prints

I have several of these easels around my home. It's a fun way to display pictures from a session. I stack several on one easel (as seen in second picture). I can switch which one is in front from time to time to change it up and enjoy several pictures on one easel. I just love them. The pictures are mounted on matboard and printed with a texture. I just wanted to share the idea with you all. I think they are so fun.

Tapp Family

I was lucky enough to get to photograph the Tapp family a week before they moved to Washington D.C. Knowing they had already moved away when I was editing their photos made me miss them all the more. They are a really cool family. They are friends of ours, and our family will miss them lots. We are glad they will be coming back to San Antonio in a year!

This first photo has become a family favorite of ours. As I was editing my kids would come in and out of the room, and before long I was getting requests to see the photo where "someone is peeking at me" over and over again.

School is out...

and I'm excited to spend my summer with these three. They are growing and changing right before my eyes. When did they all get so big? How is my oldest already 12? I just want to slow down and really enjoy them this summer. Soak it all in. Treasure this time with them.

Munoz Family

I remember the first time I met Danielle. It was at one of Aaron's work parties and I was feeling nervous and didn't know anyone. When I was introduced to her and we started to talk, she immediately put me at ease. She exudes warmth and kindness. When she called me to ask me to photograph her family, I was very excited to have the opportunity, and so happy to finally get to meet her family. Her family was just as sweet and warm as she is. I instantly loved them all. They are the kind of people I love to be around.

Multi - Opening Frame

I love frames with big chunky moulding... and this one is awesome! I am so in love with it. I just sit and look at it all the time here in my home! This is a frame I am offering to my clients now. So, if you want to order one, just let me know. It's got 6 inch wide moulding on each side. The picture openings are 8x8. You can order it with 2 or 3 picture openings. It also comes in white and brown paint colors too. The edges are distressed. It's just darling.
